Women's Fellowship

Purpose

The Women's Fellowship will provide service to our local church by responding to the needs of the membership at times of church related events; by providing courtesies to families at the time of celebration, illness or bereavement; by responding to wider opportunities for service in the community and world missions; and by encouraging fellowship and enrichment among our church women through meetings.

Membership

Membership is open to and composed of all women who are members or friends of the United Church of Christ, Yankton.  Members are divided up into monthly working teams with a chair to help organize the duties for the month.  Members are also invited to serve on committees within the organization.  A Women's Fellowship Book is mailed to every member in July.  Members should feel free to contact the Baord chair if they would like to volunteer for a committee.
